Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes the things you buy online aren’t quite what you were looking for. You can return unwanted items for a full refund (less shipping cost & any import and duties amount billed to us) POSTMARKED within 10 DAYS of the date you received your order (as defined by carrier’s delivery info). The returns must be postmarked within 10 days and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturer’s tags attached.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your Paypal or credit cards account (original form of payment).

Sale of all discounted/sale merchandise is final – we will not entertain returns, exchanges or store credit refunds.

For your convenience, we inspect all our products prior to shipping for damages and inconsistencies.  We strongly advise that you check all products upon delivery before removing any tags and labels.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please ascertain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.

NO Refund OR Credit will be given to shipment refused on delivery.

If shipment was undelivered / returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will consider the shipment as a returned shipment. Any returned shipping cost, and any related import and duties amount charged to us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns in Singapore

Package the item securely, please ensure that your complete Returns Form is within the package.

Within 10 days of the original delivery date, you can post or courier the package to us at:

You’ll have to pay for delivery charge / postage (including if we pickup from your home or office).

International Returns

We do not issue a return shipping label for international shipments, shipping cost for returns are responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returned item(s) only if they are in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and packaging (Angelibebe cloth dust bag, blister pack, etc), within the time limit mentioned above.

Returned items that are missing tags and/or damaged, stained, soiled or altered will not be accepted as return, nor will we send it back to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are not returnable.

Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box. We will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted or clean surface.

Notes on Returns

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery and waterproof packaging. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Angelibebe / Caxas (Far East) Pte Ltd; we will assume items have not been returned until they arrive at our fulfilment center.

All items returned must include a completed Returns Form. Unidentified packages may be returned to sender.

Shipping, handling and customs charges are not refundable. Any duties or fees for international returns billed to us will be deducted from the refund issued.

Notes on Exchanges

We are unable to directly exchange items. If you wish to exchange items, please return items for a refund, and place a new order for the item you want (subject to availability).
